Phil joined Dental Elite at the start of 2017 and soon became an integral part of the practice sales team before being promoted to Associate Director in August 2021. Prior to Dental Elite he worked for over half a decade elsewhere in the dental sector specialising in the sales of Implants and products for Periodontal Disease . Phil was promoted to Associate Director in August 2021 having presided personally over more than £80m worth of dental practice transactions in the last fiscal year.
