Noumaira is a final year dental technology student currently developing AMERI Dental Lab through a university-supported incubator programme. Her work focuses on exploring new pathways for emerging dental technologists by rethinking traditional laboratory models, with emphasis on digital-first workflows, clinician-technician collaboration, and sustainable growth. Drawing from her position at the intersection of education and industry, Noumaira presents AMERI as a real-time case study of how the next generation of dental laboratories may be designed.
