Ciara graduated from Queens, Belfast in 2014 and since then has worked within primary and secondary care in the NHS in Scotland, within general practice in Australia and New Zealand and most recently has been working within PCDS in Bristol as a dental officer. Ciara is currently a leadership fellow with the Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management on the Chief Sustainability Officer’s scheme. Ciara is undertaking this fellowship at the Care Quality Commission looking at how CQC will assess environmental sustainability as part of their new single assessment framework launching in the coming months. Ciara is very passionate about sustainability in healthcare and working in collaboration with colleagues for the goal of a more sustainable health and care system.
