Registration Information

Q: Is there a limit on number of registration forms that can be sent? 

A: No. 

Q:What information do I need to give aside from usual contact details?

A: Your GDC number, if you are a registered professional 

Q: How do I register? 

A: Please register HERE

Q: Can I register colleagues?

A: Yes, there is no limit to the number of people you can register as long as they work in or for a dental laboratory 

Q: Is there a charge to register or enter the show?

A: No, it’s free of charge to attend the exhibition and the conference sessions so long as you meet our delegate criteria. 

Q: How does the CPD work?

A: For every session you attend, you will be scanned in, we will then have a record of all the sessions you attended.Our CPD partner will then email you when your certificate will be available to download.   

Q: Can I register at the venue on the day?

A: Yes you may. However, we recommend you pre-register to avoid unnecessary time queuing to enter the event. 

Q: What will you send me once I have registered?

A: You will receive an email confirmation, which also contains a link to allow you to amend your registration or select the sessions you wish to attend. You badge will be sent out two weeks prior to the show as long as you have registered. If you register within two weeks of the show, please print your confirmation email and bring with you on the day. 

Q: Where can I get the conference programme information?

A: The latest conference programme will be available online shortly. 

Q: Where can I get a list of exhibiting companies?

A: A full list is available on this website, and will be updated regularly - click on the 'Exhibitor List' tab at the top of the page.

Q: Can I book hotel accommodation through you?  

A: Yes, we will have special rates for hotels through our agency Event Express, click here for further details.

Admissions Policy

Q: Can I bring my children?  

A: No, there is strictly no admittance to Minors or anyone under-18, as we are not covered by insurance. 

Q: Are students or college groups admitted?  

A: Students studying for a recognised dental technology qualification are welcome to DTS, but would need to register through their course leader, who in turn should contact dts@closerstillmedia.com to discuss attending the event. 

Q: Do attendees need to bring business identification?

A: We recommend you bring a business card if you don’t register prior to the event.
