James Green has worked in maxillofacial and dental technology for more than 25 years, 20 of which have been at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children. He is also secretary of the Orthodontic Technicians Association and a past president of the Dental Technologists Association. James has delivered more than 40 invited lectures, both nationally and internationally, and published more than 20 peer-reviewed journal articles. In addition, he is the co-creator of the auricular splint, a custom-made medical device that has been developed to maintain the temporoauricular sulcus and projection, size and symmetry of the ear following second stage auricular reconstruction.
